Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned after 14 days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, email us at selvore16@gmail.com with photo proof of the damage.
